INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER

This site and all original content are the sole property of Animal Colors, LLC doing business as Death Cat Toys and are, as such, protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Use of any intellectual property belonging to Death Cat Toys without first obtaining permission from Johan Ulrich, Death Cat Toys, or its affiliates will result in legal action. Similarly, use of commissioned artwork outside of permitted usage outlined in verbal or written agreements made with the artist is prohibited, and will result in the nullification of said contract. Misuse of commissioned artwork will also result in the customer forfeiting any ownership over said artwork and voids any claim they have to its use. At the time a contract is voided, all artwork must be removed from public access where possible.

DESIGN ADVICE AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

Any time advice regarding design, production, or resources is sought from Johan Ulrich, the consulter may be subject to design consultation fees.

Johan Ulrich reserves the right to determine when a conversation will be subject to consultation fees and reserves the right to change this determination at any point during this communication. Johan Ulrich will provide immediate notice to the consulter when the topic of discussion becomes subject to consultation fees.

Design Consultation fees begin at a minimum of $150.00 per hour and are subject to change. Some services may be priced at a flat rate to be determined by Johan Ulrich based on the degree of specificity and assistance required by the consulter.

Deathcattoys.com does feature several links to other external websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Death Cat Toys.

Death Cat Toys does not control or maintain influence over, and thus cannot assume responsibility for, the content and general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly recommend you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy for any of the third party sites you may choose to visit.

PAYMENT

All payment is due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits any items purchased. If no payment is received, no product will be shipped.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent if possible. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order can be cancelled until payment is processed. Once payment is processed, buyer is responsible for the payment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Animal Colors LLC, Death Cat Toys and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service to any customer should it be deemed necessary.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Death Cat Toys reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications to these terms will be announced on the home page of Deathcattoys.com at the time they are made. Your decision to continue using the site after notification of changes to terms have been posted constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms of Service, we ask that you immediately discontinue use of Deathcattoys.com.
