What is your shipping policy?

***Due to impacts on shipping from the COVID19 Pandemic, we cannot guarantee advertised shipping times.***

All orders are shipped promptly and packed with care. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions about the status of your order.

DOMESTIC

All domestic orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $10.00.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to increased shipping costs, international shipping is set at a standard $20.00.

I don’t see the color way I want in stock. How can I get it?

Items listed on the website reflect what is currently available. If you are interested in a specific color way, please reach out via email or DM on Instagram. Color ways, once sold out, generally are not reproduced.

New color ways are announced on the blog and Instagram as they become available.

Are you available for commissions?

Yes, Johan is available for consultation and design services on a commission basis. Johan has designed a number of toys and toy packaging for other toy companies. For more information on pricing and availability, please reach out via email or Instagram.
